DESCRIPTION

Player dribbles through a zigzag pattern of cones, changing direction sharply at each one. Builds the body control needed to lose markers in tight areas.

COACHING POINTS

• Plant the outside foot, push off, change direction explosively
• Drop the body weight low before the change of direction
• Push the ball with the outside of the foot in the new direction
• Stay low through the turn — don\'t stand up
• Both feet must lead — alternate which side you turn on

PROGRESSIONS
