Goalkeeper practises three forms of distribution: throws, side-volleys, and rolls. Drills the modern keeper\'s role as the team\'s first attacker.
• Throw: overarm with snap, hits target\'s chest or feet
• Side-volley: drop the ball, strike laces, drive long and low
• Roll: bowling motion, ball travels along the floor for a quick start
• Pick the right distribution for the situation — speed vs accuracy vs distance
• Always look up first — find the free teammate
Progression: add a defending team applying pressure on the keeper. Targets must be reached within 3 seconds.
Regression: no pressure, walking targets, full time to choose.
