Three waves of attackers and defenders alternate possession over a full pitch. As soon as one attack ends (goal, save, or out), the next wave starts in the opposite direction. Drills relentless transition.
• Don\'t ball-watch — the next wave starts immediately
• Attackers retreat to defend the second they lose the ball
• Defenders launch a counter the second they win it
• Counter-attacks aim to score within 7 seconds
• Communicate: 'turnover!' triggers everyone\'s next role
Progression: 4 waves instead of 3. Add a time limit per attack.
Regression: 2 waves, lower intensity, walking through the transitions.
