Teams score by dribbling the ball over a 5-yard end zone on the opposite end of the pitch. No goals or keepers. Drills attacking play in open spaces and breaking lines.
• Use width to find space — get to the touchlines early
• Switch the play to make the opposition shift
• Penetrate when a gap appears — don\'t keep recycling
• Defenders compress the space — make the attackers play wide
• Tempo: change pace — slow then sudden bursts
Progression: must complete 5 passes before scoring. Limit to two-touch.
Regression: end zone is wider, no pass count required.
